Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your item is in its original packaging with all accessories included and was purchased within the last 30 days.

• 2.
  Submit an RMA Request

  Contact our support team to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific shipping instructions for your region.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package the hardware to prevent damage during transit and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
